Fortifying the Invisible - Protecting ICS and SCADA from Wireless Threats

Current attack vectors indicate that nefarious attacks are increasingly targeting ICS and SCADA networks. Most organizations lack a defense-in-depth strategy to address the evolving wireless threat landscape that has extended far beyond WiFi and Bluetooth. Invisible rogue devices on non-standard frequencies, new protocols unfamiliar to security teams, and localized threats such as spy cameras; all represent threats targeting ICS and SCADA environments. In this presentation we’ll explore the anatomy of these threats and categorize them to develop an updated defense-in-depth strategy for the evolving wireless threat landscape and fortifying this critical infrastructure.
