Mike Rogers is the former director of the National Security Agency (NSA), the former chief of the Central Security Service, and the former commander of the U.S. Cyber Command. He retired from the U.S. Navy in 2018 and was responsible for creating the DoD’s newest combatant command and running the U.S. government’s largest intelligence organization.
